Nathaniel kibby allegedly kidnapped a young girl, held her captive for nine months, and repeatedly sexually assaulted her. The hearings today are focusing on what evidence the state can present when this case goes to trial. Wmurs ray brewer is live with more on what was presented so far. Reporter Nathaniel Kibby is facing 205 charges including 160 Sexual Assault charges. The defense is arguing that much of the evidence the prosecution wants to present was seized illegally and that the a. G. s office wouldnt be allowed to prosecute this case.
