The accounting firm is to take around 13,000 sq ft at the city centre office building owned by Barings Real Estate and relocate from its current Spinningfields base later this year.
It is understood that Grant Thornton has agreed to occupy the 11th floor of the 14-storey, 180,000 sq ft Landmark in St Peter’s Square, which completed in 2019.
The company is due to take possession of the office this summer but intends to fit out the space before moving in towards the end of 2021.
