The Casteel Creek estate near Edwards sold for $40 million in late 2022. The main pieces of that estate are set to be auctioned next month. Much of the estate’s 457 acres, including a 28,000-square-foot.
The 56-acre property, set to go under the hammer on March 7, has two homes and a vast entertainment complex with an ice cream parlor and a rock-climbing wall.
