CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga - Authorities arrested 10 persons, including two police personnel, who were allegedly involved in a robbery and carnapping in Quezon City last April 21. In his report on Tuesday, Col. Jess B. Mendez, acting director of the Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office, said three of the suspects, including the two members of the Cabiao Police Station, were nabbed in Barangay San Juan North, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija on Monday.
