At last, Begur’s big cat caught in a cage

residents of Begur Road heaved a sigh of relief as the leopard that had entered the Prestige Song of the South society on January 24 was finally caught on Monday. The
wild cat was trapped in a cage kept outside the society on Begur Road with a few hens as bait.
A forest official told Bangalore Mirror, “looks like the leopard got trapped in the cage at night and when our staff visited the area at 6 am the next morning they spotted it, we will now remove the cages.”
