3 Police Officers Killed by Carjacker on Highway in Puerto Rico, Officials Say
A fourth officer was injured during a chase outside San Juan on Monday, officials said. A man matching the carjacker’s description was found shot to death on Tuesday, the police said.

Three police officers were killed in Puerto Rico on Monday when a carjacker opened fire at them and ran over one of the officers in the middle of a busy expressway, the authorities said.
