The job openings are at a record high. There are eight million jobs available going into april, but only a quarter million people were hired and the Unemployment Rate actually went up. We lost manufacturing, we lost retail, we lost Health Care jobs last month, construction jobs were flat. Ten million people are unemployed right now even though there are eight million job openings. Every senator i talked to says that there are help wanted signs all around their Home State. Nearly every american who wants a job should be able to find one. Yet, its really not happening.
