HOUSTON The family of the late Michael Counce has filed a multi-million-dollar lawsuit against multiple individuals and companies, alleging the defendants failed to maintain a safe work environment after an employee was killed with a machete, a press release states.
HOUSTON - On Feb. 10 the law firm of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner obtained a jury verdict for $28,951,000 on behalf of five plant workers that were injured in an explosion that occurred at the ExxonMobil Baytown Olefins Plant on July 31, 2019, according to a firm press release.
