The situation on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border was in focus of a telephone conversation between Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Secretary-General of the European External Action Service Stefano Sannino, the Azerbaijani foreign miistry said on Friday. The sides exchanged views on the current tension on Azerbaijan’s border with Armenia, it said, adding that the minister informed his interlocutor about the current situation in the area and stressed that his country is committed to the settlement of the situation in the region by political and diplomatic means.
