Justice Ibironke Harrison of the Lagos State High Court has discharged Enejo Gabriel, the police officer who was arrested on November 2, 2013, and incarcerated for alleged killing of one Azeez Omotosho, at Ajisegiri Street, Shogunle in Oshodi area Lagos while responding to a distress call from the control room on a free-for-all fight. Enejo told Justice Harrison that the mob descended on him when he made an attempt to disarm one of the hoodlums involved in the fight and in the process, he (Enejo) was stabbed on his head.
