AVON - A 31-year-old man who had recently moved to Avon from Canada died after being struck by multiple vehicles as he crossed Avon-East Avon Road on Dec. 26, reports
AVON â An Ontario County man is facing felony driving while intoxicated charges following an investigation into a two-vehicle crash, reports the Livingston County Sheriffâs Office.
Sheriffâs deputies and emergency personnel responded about 11:10 p.m. Jan. 19 to Avon-East Avon Road in the town of Avon for the reported crash.
The on-scene investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Christopher M. Green, 34, of Bloomfield, was traveling east on Avon-East Avon Road when it crossed over the center lane and into the path of a vehicle traveling west, causing a collision with both vehicles, the Sheriffâs Office said.
Green was transported by ambulance with minor injuries resulting from the cash. There were no other injuries reported.
