The movie opens with a wrestling competition taking place at Khansaar. The wrestler throws a challenge to the people of Khansaar to compete with him. Varada approaches his childhood friend Deva after being deprived of his insignia. Deva not only defeats the wrestler but also restores the insignia to Varada. However, violence breaks out in Khansaar and attempts are made to eliminate Deva and his mother (Eswari Rao) but Varada rescues them and asks them to go away to a faraway place.
