Moving up a class didn t bother Fulton, as girls runner Emery Mayfield ran the fastest district time in Class 4, and the Hornets girls team qualified for state for the first time in 30 years.
FULTON Fulton s Kai Foster and Emery Mayfield won the individual conference titles, and they were among seven all-conference Hornets in the NCMC Cross Country Championships Saturday at Fulton High School.
