Volunteers who took part in a sleepout for Tiglin on Friday, December 15, helped raise over €21,000 for the charity, which was also organised to highlight the plight of the 13,179 individuals who will be without a home this Christmas.
The housing and rehabilitation charity Tiglin, which has served approximately 120,000 hot meals to the homeless in 2023 alone and predicts that over the Christmas period 13,179 individuals in Ireland will be without a roof over their heads, is asking people in Greystones and the wider area to take part in a sleep-out to raise funds for its work in 2024.
