Prineville Woman Arrested For Fentanyl Trafficking

A Prineville woman faces controlled substance trafficking charges as the Central Oregon Drug Enforcement Team continues to pursue sources of fentanyl that have been flooding the region. On March 13th, at approximately 7:00 p.m., the Central Oregon Drug Enforcement Team concluded a long-term investigation with the arrest of the 26-year-old. During a concurrent investigation, drug agents identified the suspect as a fentanyl trafficker in the Central Oregon area. The initial investigation alleges she had been importing large quantities of fentanyl pills from the Portland area, where she distributes it primarily in the Prineville area. After a multi-day surveillance operation throughout the metropolitan Portland area, CODE Detectives, the assistance of Oregon State Police Troopers, stopped the suspect on Highway 26 between Madras and Prineville. Bend Couple Arrested For Smuggling Drugs

A Bend couple were arrested for allegedly running drugs into Central Oregon from the Portland area. The Central Oregon Drug Enforcement Team, in collaboration with the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office Street Crimes Unit, concluded a long-term investigation with the arrest of Luke Anthony Martin, 38, and his wife, Ryeann Martin, 27. During a concurrent investigation, drug Agents identified the husband and wife as fentanyl traffickers in the central Oregon area. The initial investigation alleges Mr. and Mrs. Martin have been importing large quantities of fentanyl pills and powder from the Portland area into central Oregon where they distribute it. Based on the investigation, CODE Detectives applied for and obtained a Search Warrant for the Martin home and their vehicle. Local Cocaine Trafficker Jailed

The Central Oregon Drug Enforcement Team concluded a long-term drug trafficking investigation with the arrest of a Bend man Wednesday. Detectives identified Dorian Jay Decker, 28, as a cocaine trafficker in the central Oregon area. Police say Decker imported large quantities of cocaine from other parts of Oregon into the Bend area where it was distributed through various networks. After a multi-county surveillance operation, Decker was contacted during a traffic stop on Highway 20 in the City of Sisters. CODE Detectives applied for and received a Search Warrant for Decker's black Honda Fit. The Honda was stopped with the Search Warrant authority and not for a specific traffic violation. A Warm Springs Police narcotic K9, assigned to CODE, alerted to controlled substances inside the Honda. A subsequent search of the car located a sizeable amount of cocaine, Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), scales and packaging. Decker's three passengers were released without charges. Dec

Bend Man Arrested For Drug Trafficking

A Bend man was arrested Thursday for drug trafficking after a short-term investigation with the Central Oregon Drug Enforcement Team, in collaboration with the Clackamas County Interagency Task Force. Detectives identified Schaun Michael Johnson, 37, from a concurrent investigation as a fentanyl and methamphetamine trafficker in the central Oregon area. After an extensive surveillance operation in several Oregon counties, Johnson was contacted during a traffic stop on Highway 97, between Sunriver and Bend. During the traffic stop, a Bend Police narcotic K9, "Lady Bug," alerted to the presence of controlled substances inside the 2021 Ford F-150 Johnson was driving. After the K9 alerted, Johnson sped away, and DCSO deputies briefly pursued before discontinuing the pursuit for public safety interests.
