A $1 million combined cash-only bond was set June 11, 2024 for a Sissonville couple accused of human rights violations against their adopted children. Donald Ray Lantz, 65, and Jeanne Kay Whitefeather, 62, appeared in Kanawha County Circuit Court Thursday to be arraigned on 16 charges each.
