LAWTON, Okla. (TNN) - A man is facing charges after being accused of pointing a gun at a person and trying to elude Lawton police.
According to the affidavit, Michael Rogers was looking under the hood of his truck in the driveway of the victim’s girlfriend.
Investigators say Rogers pulled a gun from his waistband as the victim was walking up and pointed it at the man, prompting him to run.

LAWTON, Okla. (TNN) - An arrest warrant has been filed for a Lawton man accused of shooting a woman in the face with a BB gun.
According to an affidavit, there was a verbal dispute between the victim and another woman, who reportedly lived in the same neighborhood.
Investigators say that during the argument between the two, Justin Myrick allegedly shot the victim in the face with the BB gun.
Fernando E. Galban, 45, has been accused of stabbing another person using a broken glass.
Galban was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, aggravated assault, assault and battery, and disturbing the peace.
On Thursday, Galban appeared in the custody of the Department of Corrections before Superior Court Associate Judge Wesley Bogdan.
The defendant was represented by Assistant Public Defender Karie Comstock who asked the court to release Galban to a third-party custodian.
Judge Bogdan then ordered the defendant to look for a suitable third-party custodian before remanding him to the custody of the Department of Corrections.
Appearing for the government was Assistant Attorney General Coleen St. Clair.
