City Schools Foundation in Murfreesboro Distributes 22-Grants for the 2021-2022 Year

(Murfreesboro, TN) The City Schools Foundation distributed over $48,000 in grants to teachers in 2021.  Twenty-two grants were selected for funding for the 2021-22 school year. NEW buyers are unlikely to beat the stamp duty holiday deadline as the average time to complete a purchase is now over four months, warns property search site Rightmove.
With just 54 days until the March 31 deadline, it is unlikely anyone who hasn’t had an offer accepted already will be able to avoid paying stamp duty tax. 
House sales are currently taking on average 126 days to complete, that’s more than four months, according to the latest statistics from Rightmove. 
Tim Bannister, director of property data at Rightmove said:
“There are still a huge number of sales agreed in 2020 that are stuck in the processing logjam and awaiting legal completion, with many hoping to beat the impending tax deadline. ....
