Ever since he won the 2001 Turner Prize with the controversial installation Work No 227: The Lights Going On and Off, conceptual artist Martin Creed has been keeping the art world on its toes. The work consisted of an empty room in which the lights were switched on and off by a timer at five-second intervals.
