Several train travels still diverted due to Semarang s flooding 7th February 2021 Floodwaters still inundated Tawang station s railway platform on Sunday (Feb 7, 2021) (ANTARA/ HO-Humas PT KAI Daop 4 Semarang) Semarang, C Java (ANTARA) - Several train travels heading to northern rail line, particularly inside the areas of Semarang city, Central Java Province, remained diverted on Sunday because floodwaters still inundated some track sections. The flooded tracks are located in the rail line east of Semarang, including those between Tawang and Alastuwa train stations, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) Operational Regional (Daop) 4 Semarang Spokesman Krisbiyantoro said. The floodwaters inundating the tracks were measured about 35 and 38 centimeters in height, he said, adding that the flooding submerging the Kaligawe area remained high so that trains could not pass the track there. ....
