Sheriff’s deputies are looking for the driver who struck and killed a woman as she crossed the street Tuesday in North Lauderdale. The hit-and-run crash happened at around 8:20 p.m. on South State Road 7, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office. Abraham Valdez suffered serious injuries after being run over by SUV early Saturday

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A man working security at a lounge has been identified as the pedestrian seriously injured after being run over by a silver Lamborghini SUV in Miami-Dade County early Saturday morning.
Abraham Valdez reportedly suffered internal bleeding, a crushed pelvis and broken ribs. He’s been in and out of surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Police say it started outside the Arena Grill and Lounge on NW 119th Street in North Miami, where Valdez was working security. Investigators say there was some sort of argument that spilled into the street outside.
