About 250 people from volunteers to the cyclists were at the bikes race when this happened. The suspect driving this truck when he blued straight into the crowd and then led officers on a 3mile chase. Officers say they tried to stop him and he was shot by authorities outside of a nearby hardware store. The suspect is hospitalized in critical but stable condition.
