CHARLESTON A Kanawha County couple is suing the City of South Charleston for damages sustained to their home after sewage infiltrated their home.
Timothy Cerullo and Courtney Cerullo filed the lawsuit against South Charleston and Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company alleging sewage backed up into their home on April 25, 2019, emerging through various drain portals and walls and spreading throughout their house, making the house uninhabitable, according to a complaint filed in Kanawha Circuit Court.
