Since being elected as Gaines County Treasurer in 2011 and seeing how no one will run against him, Michael Lord Jr. has proven himself to be a deserving nominee of the Annual Texas Outstanding County Treasurer award.
In commencing the Commissioners’ Court meeting, Gaines County Judge Cindy Therwhanger congratulated and recognized County Treasurer Michael Lord Jr. for being nominated as one of the top three finalists for the Annual Texas Outstanding County Treasurer Award.
