Cache Creek Conservancy plans the 24th Annual Great Backyard Bird Count on President’s Day weekend.
The Cache Creek Nature Preserve, at 34199 County Road 20 in Woodland, will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday through Monday, Feb. 12-15, to give Yolo County and the surrounding community a place to experience both the serenity and excitement of bird watching each day of this global community science extravaganza headed by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology.
