Service Union United (PAM) and the Finnish Commerce Federation on Sunday announced their respective boards have approved a new collective bargaining agreement that guarantees full-time employees a 165-euro bump in monthly pay.
Talks over a new collective bargaining agreement for the commerce sector collapsed on Tuesday. Service Union United (PAM) will consequently follow through with a strike covering over 160 grocery shops and 16,000 workers starting on Thursday, 9 February.
The Finnish Commerce Federation on Tuesday said it has no choice but to respond to the “disproportionate” strikes announced by Service Union United (PAM).
