So i guess i would have a question, i would love to learn more if there is a better model we could use related to noa and in that conversation. I think what Climate Change is telling us is that we will be seeing these much more heavier rainfalls in shorter periods of time that are not really predictable. I mean there may not be a model for it. So it seems that we need to figure out some preparation, both from the communications perspective, but also from resource allocation so you guys arent caught off guard.
