The fourth annual Windows of Understanding will feature storefront art installations in New Brunswick and Highland Park and at Metuchen Public Library starting on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Monday, Jan. 18.windowsofunderstanding.org

The project will launch on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Monday, Jan. 18, as a way of paying homage to King’s legacy with a designated “Day of Understanding,” and be on display through February.
“With the countless challenges we faced in 2020, the New Year provides us with even more opportunities to listen, to unite and to heal, says New Brunswick Mayor Jim Cahill. “Windows of Understanding will once again serve as a focal point to begin the dialogue that leads us all to a better and fairer world.
