Had the least number of streetlights at night of any neighborhood here in San Francisco. So this, along with the Pedestrian Safety improvement really became the priority at the community and how cpu josie beat and how cpmc could make this neighborhood safer and stronger. There are many steps along the pathway to get here, of which they were not the major obstacle because they committed to this program so early on.
