city boardwalk and beach. this is a sickness that these people have. they can t stop. they will continue to do this. mr. moses has been doing this for at least 13 years that we know about. reporter: radnor police say in 2002 13 years ago, villanova university kicked sean moses off of the report because he was filming the women s swimming team inside of the pool. he works as an i.t. specialist. i did reach out to his employer. he mostly works out of his house here. i reached out to that company. they were unaware of the charges and had no comment. reporting live i m rosemary connors, nbc 10 news. 20 minutes of nonstop news continues with another house explosion in ocean county the second in less than a week. in this case a man woke up from the smell of gas and sparked the blast after he flipped the light switch. here is where the explosion happened around 1:30 this morning. the man inside the house is in the hospital now with injuries to nearly half his body. ted greenbe
resident 47-year-old kurt wagner badly burned on close to half of his body. the guy that was living in the house got blown out the front door. he was rolling on the lawn next door. reporter: authorities say the victim woke up and smelled natural gas. when he turned on a bathroom light switch the place burst into flame. if you do anything a spark can create a serious situation, turning on a light, using a cell phone. reporter: the explosion comes less than a week after a different home blew up. a cracked gas main along the street led to a leak and blast in stafford township on tuesday, injuring 15 people. obviously we could see within the last week gas is not something to play around with. reporter: unlike the stafford explosion, investigators believe the source of the leak in point pleasant beach was likely inside the house. today we watched as detectives dug through debris and closely examined part of a heater. we were wondering what happened to him. reporter
changing over to sleet and freezing rain. the problem not the amounts. the problem is that this will be occurring during the tuesday evening commute. this is what to expect tomorrow morning should be fine just a little bit of a refreeze in the morning between three and 11 o clock tomorrow night this is when we get a light around philadelphia about a coating up to about 2-inches across the lehigh valley. the problem though, is what comes after that. the ice. up to about a tenth of an inch on top of that snow so the evening commute will be very slow on tuesday. then it changes over to all rain on wednesday so we ll have some some minor issues during the day on wednesday with temperatures up into the 40 s. the problem, though, a cold front along with another wave of low pressure will bring the threat of accumulating snow by thursday morning and that could cause major problems for the thursday morning commute. i ll talk more about that coming up in the full accuweather forecast.

wonder because the winds are out of the northwest scott william says what kind of obstruction any other drives down wind are going to have and then, of course, rom area. what is happening with the residential area as we all know these winds when they re ripping up to 30 miles an hour gusts and sustained wind at 20 miles an hour these sparks from these flames right there can be shot down wind up to a mile. right. luckily for us iain we haven t had any you know, dry weather per se. but you never know what can be spark as far as another fire and you ve got to be looking at this. so you see them up there on the ladder truck right now. they re going to try and drown this thing with as much water as they can. exactly. you can see a left of your screen there, we don t know if that s the turnpike cars are going by and slowly. slowly there and front of your screen there you can see the fire trucks as lucy talked about trying to get water on this fire to get it under control.
