Sayed Al Hassan, 29, of the 200 block of East Mount Vernon Street, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court to a misdemeanor charge of indecent assault in connection with a January 2023 incident during which he touched a girl, who was under the age of 16, in an indecent manner while they worked together at the Burger King restaurant in the 600 block of South Broad Street.
