you are watching fox 6 news at 9. tonight s big story - a flap over a fence. the orange fence meant to keep people out of sherman park is furthering a divide between two county officials who ve never seen eye to eye. the county exec wants it gone. the sheriff wants ruling. the fence surrounding sherman park will be taken down and the park will resume normal hours until a hearing later this week. our theo keith and jonathon gregg have been following today s developments - jonathon let s start with you. good evening. chris abele ordered the fence down this morning, so it came down.hours later sheriff deputies were erecting the fence once again..and you can taken down once more. but this time- the order is coming in the way of a judge and a restraining order. this afternoon we learned sheriff david clarke was served with a subpoena, a restraining order in fact.. on the behalf of the county executives office. a representative of abele told a judge the orange fence at this time is
