Monday, American Trash Service customers in McCracken County had trashcans overflowing because the company missed yet another week of garbage collection.
"American Trash had been issued a license yesterday. I verified it through KY Dept. of Transportation this morning," McCracken County Judge Executive Craig Clymer said Tuesday.
