after the u.s. secretary of state anthony blinken and austin left with ukraine. they met with members of the cabinet in kyiv. we don t know how the rest of this war will unfold. but we do know that a sovereign, independent ukraine will be around a lot longer than vladimir putin is on the scene. our support for ukraine going forward will continue. it will continue until we see final success. and a short while ago ukrainian president zelenskyy posted to social media that the u.s. delegation of high officials to kyiv is, quote: very valuable and important and he is grateful to the united states of america for, quote: unprecedented help. the secretary of state says american diplomatics will begin returning to this country of ukraine within the coming days, making stops here in lviv and eventually our u.s. embassy in kyiv will reopen at a later date. back to you guys in new york.
