A local college is being recognized for a recipe for success. The Blackhawk Technical College Culinary Arts program has received the highest honor possible from the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission. Only four of the accredited culinary programs in Wisconsin and Illinois have earned this distinction. BTC Culinary Program Coordinator Chef Mark Olson says the recognition places them in the top 25% of all culinary colleges in the country.
