blinken is reaffirming the biden administration s warning to russia that the u.s. is prepared to take significant steps if moscow invades ukraine again. right now what the president made very clear to president putin, what i made very clear to my counterpart is that we are looking at and we are prepared to take the kinds of steps we refrained from taking in the past that would have massive consequences for russia. blinken also said that he was seeking cooperation from g7 leaders as the world s other leading democracies to collectively stop russian aggression and maintain international diplomacy. blinken s warning comes as russia has moved about 100,000 troops to ukraine s border and officials say is potentially planning a multi-front offensive early next year. meanwhile, the g7 s issuing its own warning to russia saying, quote, massive consequences if moscow launches a military offensive. during a meeting yesterday the
