Licking County JFS announces computer system outage
NEWARK – The Licking County Department of Job and Family Services announced its public assistance computer system will not be accessible from 3 p.m. Thursday through 8 a.m. Tuesday, April 27.
Due to system maintenance and updates conducted by the State of Ohio, the local JFS staff will be unable to access the computer system during the system outage to process case transactions or applications for public assistance.
The staff will not be able to access case information or be able to answer case-specific questions about eligibility or benefits. ....
