Browne joins Tipp management team as forwards coach

Tipperary football has received a significant boost with the news that two-time All Star Declan Browne has joined their senior management team. 
Browne, the county s most decorated footballer, will link up with David Power’s backroom team as the forwards coach. 
In 1998, the Moyle Rovers man won his first All Star on the back of stellar displays against Limerick, Waterford and Clare when he hit 1-6, 0-9 and 1-7 respectively. 
He landed his second award in 2003, boosted by a nine-point cameo against Donegal in the qualifiers at Croke Park. 
In 2005, Browne lead the Tipp team to a Tommy Murphy Cup title, again lighting Croke Park up with a tally of 1-7 in the final to beat Wexford and to become the first Tipperary man to lift a national football title in 75 years.  ....

Two-time All Star Declan Browne has joined the Tipperary senior football management team for the upcoming season.
RTE Sport reports that Browne will come on board David Power’s backroom team as the Munster champions’ new forwards coach.
As a player, Browne was instrumental in Tipp’s Tommy Murphy Cup success of 2005, scoring 1-7 against Wexford in the final at Croke Park, and after earning two All Stars, he would go on to manage the county’s U21 footballers.
Since then, the Moyle Rovers clubman has coached different teams in both football and hurling around the Premier County. ....
