An appeals court panel has sided with the Pulaski County Special School District and vacated a judgment in favor of an assistant superintendent who sued the district after she was passed over for the superintendent position in 2018.
Lindsey Gustafson and Wendy Potter are vying for election Nov. 8 to the Pulaski County Special School Board s Zone 5 seat that Gustafson currently holds by appointment.
