Santander, NatWest, and ABN AMRO have agreed three separate, sustainability-linked revolving credit facilities with the Manchester-based housing association.

The new appointments take the total number of partners at the firm to 43.
Overton completed her training contract at the firm and qualified into the banking, corporate and governance team in 2014.
She has worked on a range of transactions including bond issues, private placements, financial due diligence, security arrangements, intra-group funding on the banking side. She also advises on consumer credit and mortgage regulation with a particular focus on registered providers.
Pack joined Devonshires in 2017 and mainly concentrates on dispute resolution with a focus on commercial fraud investigations. He acts for companies and businesses within and outside the UK in many ‘offshore’ jurisdictions. His clients include companies, government bodies, housing associations, military, regulators and private individuals.
