In June 2023, a group from Oregon Conference Hispanic Ministries embarked on Next, an educational journey through the Nordic countries of Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.
In San Francisco, a Mother’s Day celebration filled with picture booths, handmade cards and lunch was put on by Le Colonial and community partners for moms.
TAUNTON – Operation Christmas Wish was a total success for Taunton resident Alexis Pacheco, she said.
For almost a year, the Bristol-Plymouth student has been working on her school project of giving back to local family shelters in the community and provide them a decent holiday for their children who are less fortunate.
Now it’s a dream come true for Pacheco.
“I want to thank all those who donated to Operation Christmas Wish,” she said. “There were so many amazing people who helped out with this cause. I could not be any more proud to say that, We did it .”
