The Athabasca, McLeod, Pembina and North Saskatchewan rivers west and northwest of Edmonton are starting to recede after reaching high levels earlier this week.
Multiple evacuation orders were issued Wednesday evening in Woodlands County, where both the McLeod River and Athabasca River have breached their banks.
The evacuation order for Westview Mobile Village will be lifted at 2 p.m. Wednesday and residents can return home, the Province of Alberta said in an emergency alert.
The North Saskatchewan River has risen several metres in a matter of days and the city said it may close several trails near the water Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.
