name and address. children are doing well now. they suffered pretty much during the aftermath. they took a lot of therapy. reporter: the slayings occurred from 1994 until 2000 during one of the deadliest periods. d.c. police say robert brisbon now 35 has pled guilty to second-degree murder to the slayings. four of the murders were a result of a gang war between to neighborhoods. reporter: from his prison cell he detailed the names, locations, dates and times of other killings. november of 1999 dejuan ray, 18, jamar adare, 19, were both shot and killed as she sat in a parked car on d. street. in november of 1999, brisbon shot and killed 18-year-old reginold winters. no motive given. in october of 1994 in the 5,000 block of bening road, 18-year- old antwan jackson was shot and later died. brisbon said that shooting was over a pet dog. this is where it ended. the 1800 block of east capital street in the district. it was may of 2000. he sprayed a crowd of people with gunf
