Over the last few years, Akshaye Khanna has won acclaim for his performances in films like Section 375, The Accidental Prime Minister, Ittefaq and Mom to name some. The actor now is gearing up for his digital debut with a feature film directed by Ken Ghosh. Titled State of Siege: Akshardham, the film takes the State of Siege franchise of Zee 5 forward. While the first part was based on 26/11 Mumbai Attacks, the second one is based on the special operation conducted by NSG commandos during the Akshardham Temple attack in Gandhinagar in 2002.
