Only 5% of Latino voters said abortion is the "most important issue facing the country," according to a poll released less than six weeks ahead of the midterm elections.
A majority of residents were disappointed with leadership, rising disorder and routinely finding urine and feces in the streets. 94% of respondents considered homelessness a serious issue.
