Rick Snyder, was arraigned Thursday morning after being indicted by a grand jury on one felony count of perjury for allegedly lying “during an investigative subpoena investigation” involving the Flint water crisis. The allegations involved “giving false statements under oath,” said Michigan Solicitor General Fadwa A. Hammoud at a press conference late Thursday morning.
