Portugal donates 60,000 tests to Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau and São Tomé and Príncipe Approximately 60,000 PCR tests for testing covid-19 and respective extraction kits donated by Portugal are starting to be delivered today to Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau and São Tomé and Príncipe, according to the Portuguese Government.
