Hello and welcome to Bbc News. The head of Pakistans Spy Agency has visited afghanistan amid continued uncertainty about how the taliban proposes to rule the country. General Faiz Hameed is thought to be advising the military which is continuing its efforts to oust the resistance in the Panjshir Valley. The taliban have insisted all factions will be included in the new government, though its not yet clear how that will work. Our South Asia Correspondent danjohnson reports. The taliban says kabul is being cleaned and decorated ahead of a new Government And Cabinet being announced. Many afghans see their freedoms being erased under a new taliban regime.
