BROCKWAY — A Brockway woman is facing animal cruelty charges after more than 20 neglected animals were removed from her property in Warsaw Township by authorities in late 2023.
The bunny debacle first unfolded in fall of last year, and with spring now underway, residents and volunteer workers alike are becoming increasingly concerned.
