Graeter’s Ice Cream has opened a new shop in the Kenwood area of Sycamore Township.
“The new store allows Graeter’s guests to enjoy their bakery, candy and signature ice cream in a beautiful new store complete with a drive-thru, children’s play area and party rooms,” Graeter’s said in a news release.
The new “scoop shop’” is located at 8167 Montgomery Road, just west of the Kenwood Gardens park.
For years, Graeter s operated an ice cream shop at 7369 Kenwood Road, also in Kenwood.
Calls this morning to the Kenwood Road location were forwarded to the new location on Montgomery Road and an employee there said the Kenwood Road store is now closed.
